Burying the Lead
This is the second of a two episodes featuring John Thomas, Executive Vice-President and Publisher of Psychology Today. We pick up where we left off, talking about some of my career highlights, including how, in my 30’s I had the opportunity to work for someone I saw in concert in my teens. We then move on to discuss the idea of self-actualization, and how it happens on a practical level. Staying true to the theme of the show, John discusses how personal authenticity is essential to one’s success with host, Tom Gentry, on episode 14 of The Path to Authenticity. Hear part two of this conversation in episode 12. Both interviews are combined in episode 52.
Psychology Today is devoted exclusively to everybody’s favorite subject: Ourselves. They’ve gathered a group of renowned psychologists, academics, psychiatrists and writers to contribute their thoughts and ideas. It’s a live stream of what’s happening in ‘psychology today.’
